Pros

The organization has a great mission. They are one of the few small community hospitals left in the area. Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Toxic culture. Management is awful. The only good managers leave the organization pretty quickly. It’s a miserable place to have to go to everyday. They will eat your soul.

Severe dysfunction in company including conflicts like trying to grow patient base while turning away patients. Finances are unsustainable

Coworkers were amazing. Pt clientele challenging Physicians supportive Pay and benefits are comparable

Cons

Management would openly talk about other employees with staff. Management did not support staff at all No loyalty to good employees more senior nurses are true to the statement "nurses eat their young"
