Great Pay/Great Benefits, Friendly Staff for most-part / CHA is committed to serving the underprivileged/low income community while still giving the amazing care Boston is known for. I loved working for them and are non-profit - they help so many people and I respect that a lot.

Cons

#1 Reason left: The psych unit is only floor that doesn't offer 12-hour shifts! It's pretty unfair, as almost all the unit wanted 12-hrs like the rest of the hospital. I wish upper management had helped us out. #2: Management will turn on you quickly if you are opinionated or don't give what they want.

The opportunity to work in pharmacy. Great learning experience and opportunity. I like the convenient shuttle that brings you to galleria mall.

Cons

No parking on site. You don’t have a voice regarding what department you’re going to. You can’t express your opinions or address your concerns without feeling judged by management. There is limited opportunity for growth if you’re not favored by management. They can also be very manipulative and prevent open opportunities for other pharmacy members. There is no support given to staff when needed and it’s unfortunate there is no employee recognition for all of the dedicated hard work. You may feel that they will take advantage of you and you no longer benefit from working here. Basically it’s their way or the HIGHWAY...
