Decent pay and work-life balance.

Cons

The only challenging thing about working here is dealing with the lack of being challenged. You will get bored quickly and there isn't much room for growth depending on what department you are in. There are so many "officers" that the title has zero meaning. Office is full of cliques, but that is not to say here aren't good people to work with.

Engaged management, helpful colleagues, fewer silos than in other places, willing to pursue new banking technology, great response to Covid-19 impact

Cons

Not a very inclusive work environment especially at the higher tiers of the company when it comes to diversity. The decision makers here do not reflect the communities the bank serves. Almost no persons of color at the higher rungs of senior vice president and up including the executive group or the board
