Overtime is a requirement and if you make a mistake they will likely fire you.

On occasion you are invited to attend a party to experience and taste certain brands.

Cons

Got rid of all the company perks, they will expect overtime on a regular basis, very little training and guidance, and if you make a mistake or an error mgmt will most likely fire you. Not a very supportive environment.
