Pros

The strongest aspect of this company is its individual contributors. Across teams, you’ll find intelligent, hard-working professionals who are collaborative, creative, and deeply committed to delivering quality work. These employees are often the ones driving progress, identifying solutions, and supporting one another despite organizational challenges.

Cons

Working at this company was a textbook example of how toxic leadership and poor organizational structure can derail even the most talented teams. The environment is heavily influenced by a reactionary culture where decisions are made based on panic rather than strategy, and leadership lacks the critical thinking skills necessary to navigate challenges or drive innovation. Directors appear to be hired when they are incompetent, resulting in inept leadership that contributes little value beyond maintaining a facade of authority. Instead of fostering collaboration or new ideas, management regularly co-opts contributions from others and presents them as their own, creating an atmosphere of distrust and disengagement. The culture is driven by fear and intimidation, not respect or inspiration. There’s little to no foresight around deliverables, with goals constantly shifting and no clear path to execution. Leadership often fails to define priorities, then blames teams for the lack of progress. If you value integrity, critical thinking, and growth, this may not be the right place. It’s a company in desperate need of a cultural and structural overhaul before it can truly support innovation or sustainable success.

Pros

Company is performing well vs competitors in this market. Pushing innovation in their market.

Cons

The majority of the leadership team have no significant experience outside of the company and have no appetite for outside ideas. They work employees long hours and are very quick to fire people, especially those that push back. If you disagree with management, you're best to keep it to yourself. Otherwise, expect to be out the door within a month. I saw more people fired in 1 year here than in 10+ years at other companies I've worked at combined. The leadership teams just completely lacks empathy to the point where it is jaw dropping how heartless and cutthroat they can be. If you're early career, haven't seen how a professional company should operate, and want to grind long hours to get promoted, then it might be okay for you. But if you've worked at any respectable company before coming here, you will be blown away how a company of this size can be such a mess and how they've gotten as far as they have with such poor leadership.
