Pros

Flexible and laid back environment, friendly co-workers, and smart CEO. They are creating innovative products that will make a difference.

Cons

Bias. Heavy Mormon culture. As a start-up, no solid training--teach yourself and figure it out. I was laid off four weeks after I started without any notice or feedback. It was super unfair. And out of their first 10 clients, two of them were deals I was getting ready to close. Bad ethical practices.

CampusLogic provides a fun, collaborative working environment with a high-level of autonomy. There are many opportunities to take on roles and responsibilities you otherwise might not get at other companies in a similar role.

Cons

CampusLogic moves at a fast pace and if you're not prepared for that environment, it can be tough. A high-growth environment is not for everyone.

Lots of opportunity and room for growth. Snacks and games onsite. Fairly relaxed and flexible for work life balance. Good experience overall.

Cons

Smaller company so lots of growing pains to be expected. Primary clients are large organizations with slow moving buying cycles.
