-Workload and expectations are unrealistic -Work/life balance. This used to be great but now we work around the clock. -Some cliquey groups that are especially problematic because leadership fraternizes with their subordinates. Executives are aware of this but turn a blind eye to it or claim the friendships don’t result in special treatment (ha!). -Leadership is unwilling to take accountability for issues. -Very high stress. Employees always feel they will be fired if they mess up even if it’s not their fault. Employees are overworked and can’t possibly meet all expectations. -Critically understaffed -Has really gone downhill in the last year or so. -Compensation is meh. It would be great if we were working 40hr work weeks but I don’t know anyone who only puts in 40hrs. 50-60 seems to be the norm and can go up significantly from there.

Unethical practices plural-(turn a blind eye culture), employee retention, culture, management’s ability to motivate, lead, or speak to humans, little to no career advancement opportunities, “gotcha” recruitment practices (over promises-under delivers), constant fear (some top reps even express fear losing job, why?), profits trump ethics, diversity trumps all, unwilling to work with employees requests or petitions-no give and take, constant negativity and sarcasm, passive aggressive leadership styles.
