The company is set to make a lot of money. They are focused on money, and if you want a vision-oriented business that puts money at the forefront, this is the right place. CampusLogic will succeed, it will make a LOT of money, and the employees that hang on will likely be compensated.
Cons
Many tout the fast pace of change, but the fast pace is NOT what's chasing people away. And it is NOT what is making leadership turn their backs on the company values. Don't be fooled. The company values are admirable, but when it came down to a showdown between values and money, the dollars won. People are unsure of the future, teams are floundering, and good people are jumping ship. Even the top leadership are being swayed from their values-driven beliefs to take shortcuts that lead to more money, but less engagement and less productivity. So, no, a fast pace is NOT the problem. The short-sightedness of the leadership team is the problem. Loss of a values-driven purpose is a problem. This company will get rich in money, but likely not in employee loyalty.
