Good company, they treat their employees well and are very family orientated. Great company functions. The culture is relaxed and most people are very helpful.

Cons

Not too easy to advance and easy to get burned out. November through March is brutal with mandatory overtime a must. I was disappointed with the starting pay being that I have years of printer experience and certifications. Whether you had an AA or not, they seemed to start everyone with 11.66 and hour. How stats are formulated needs to be changed. I wondered how my handle time was so crappy every month. I soon realized that alot of techs just send the customer a link to our website instead of actually helping them connect the printer. 95% of our customers were not tech savvy. How is a customer supposed to download and perform a wireless connection when the dont even know what an operating system is, or dont even know what version OS they have? I found that I was helping customers and not just throwing then to the wolves.
