Pros

I work on the mother/baby unit. (FCCU). Its a great job. Incentives for working extra days. Environment is friendly. Focus on clinical ladder and patient satisfaction.

Cons

Too many patients. 4 babies and 4 moms. The documentation software sucks.

Pros

It's a job. A lot of people working doing hard work despite an administration that are overly concerned with the bottom line... oh and saving lives.

Cons

My advice to any applicant would be get what you can get out of it and go, because you better believe that they will let you go as soon as they have gotten everything they can out of you - Loyalty free zone.
