Capital Credit Union is a great place to work. They are family friendly, provide lots of on the job training opportunities, freedom to work independently, set realistic goals, evaluates needs of Credit Union on a regular basis, treats employees fairly and much more.

Cons

Upper Management opportunities can be hard to come by.

Enjoyed the job duties. Tom Young is a great CEO/President.

Cons

They don't know who they're hiring. My branch manager, teller supervisor, and lead teller were all undertrained and poor leaders.
