Pros

It's a small, growing company where each role that is hired for is a critical one, so I feel I'm being fully utilized for all of my skills. I also truly believe that if I ask for experience in an area where I want to learn, I'll be given the opportunity. There hasn't been a workday where I've felt micro-managed - every leader trusts that I will the job done and they don't tend to ask too many questions.

Cons

Being as it's a small company, you have to wear a lot of hats.
