I have worked at CIG for 4+ years in a sales role. I am impressed with our strong leadership in terms of business efficiency and how the company and CEO place people first. This includes policyholders, agents and employees of CIG. The company works hard to properly staff to provide work life balance. I would recommend this company to all family and friends.

Pros

Promotes from within. Excellent work/life balance and most roles are hybrid/1 day in. Employees genuinely care about the organization and like the people they work with. Healthy and productive environment. Cash bonus for going above & beyond. The CEO is accessible, fun and genuinely cares about each employee. Employees subscribe to the idea that we're making a difference for our policyholders.
