CIG has a culture that encourages collaboration between all job families. As an employee you have the ability to impact change. This is not something you find at larger companies. That is why working for a smaller, regional company is so empowering and rewarding!

Cons

Because CIG is a smaller, regional company it sometimes implementing change requires patience. There is limited capacity, so competing priorities must be prioritized and implemented accordingly.

Under new leadership, CIG is doing an amazing job of putting employees first and promoting life-work balance. Salaried employees are not expected to work past 8-5 M-F company hours. This is not the norm in our industry and it results in dedicated and focused work!

Cons

As a small company, not all processes are published, but we are working through this is a company and already made a huge impact in 2022!
