Great Company to work for

Pros

I had the best supervisor, who always supported my claims making decisions. She always tried to assist in my work load whenever possible, above and beyond what I've ever received from any other supervisor.

Cons

I didn't feel like there was a designated trainer I could go to other than my supervisor. Other adjusters were always busy, so if I didn't get help from my direct supe, I was pretty much stuck.
