Pros

Pay is decent and pretty competitive with other Auto Finanve Institutions.

Cons

It is a sales job, no matter what they tell you about "Consultative Selling" it's just straight sales. They have extremely high expectations and lofty goals which in many cases are unattainable. It really depends on the territory you get. Some people do great, they get massive markets where they make money in their sleep but get all the praise. Then you have the majority, who are in low performing markets with limited potential and you starve and are always on the chopping block. It is definitely a buddy buddy type culture. Of you're not a teacher's pet you will not do well here.
