Good 401k if you are a salary employee

Cons

Very bad management group. A safety leader is only a word with little heart felt meaning from the top. Kind of feels like a dictatorship. What is desired and right today will get you in trouble tomorrow. Seems everyone is afraid of being next to get fired.

Believes that zero harm is possible and has a strong safety culture. Efforts towards constant improvement. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills and experience different work areas. Programs in place to develop and train employees. Wonderful people to work with. Willing to listen if you make the effort to communicate. One hour proximity to phoenix area. Great benefits.

Cons

Communication gaps due to 24/7 work environment and multiple day shift schedules. As with any other company, you'll find a sour apple that can't be pleased or keep to themselves.

It's pretty easy to find room for improvement and optimize systems and processes. This makes evaluations super easy.

Cons

There is kind of a toxic buddy buddy culture. They use SAP but fail to implement it correctly and waste everyone's time.
