Pros

I have worked for Capstone for over 9 years and have had the best experience all around. I have never had a company care as much as they do, Whether it be Work related, Life or Family. They have been so supportive and very flexible with my schedule and needs. They want to see everyone Grow and succeed and will help get you there. The Best owners, Co workers, Managers, Etc to work with.

Pros

I have worked at Capstone Physical Therapy for 6 years and love my job. The culture and community within Capstone are amazing and the best I've ever had at any job I've worked at. Fun events throughout the year for Capstone staff to get together outside of work. There is a high caliber of therapist that work at capstone who really care about their patients as well as all the support staff. The leadership within the company is wonderful, they really make you feel appreciated for all your hard work. Overall, a great company:)

Pros

Capstone prioritizes one-on-one appointments so I'm never seeing more than one patient at a time. I feel like I have most of the tools I need from an employer to provide the quality of care that I want to provide. Capstone has also been lucky with selecting a good group of clinicians, I respect my coworkers as colleagues and appreciate having them as friends.

Cons

The cons are not unique to Capstone; they're generally what you expect with private outpatient PT. The salary often doesn't seem to adequately reimburse for the emotional, physical, and cognitive load of the hours worked (particularly when accounting for the take-home paperwork, emails, admin tasks).
