Pros

Smaller company, more personal and family oriented. Patient-centric. No techs means full autonomy with patient care. Longer treatment sessions. Personal growth encouraged and rewarded.

Cons

Smaller company means not unlimited continuing education budget.

Pros

I have worked for Capstone for over 5 years now and have loved every minute of it. Capstone is a positive and fun work environment which makes coming to work enjoyable. Working in the clinic will give you a feeling of being part of a team. The atmosphere in the clinic is laid back and very stress free.

Cons

I have no cons to give about Capstone from a PTA perspective.

Pros

You will always be heard, you will always be taken care of and respected, and the work environment is genuine and welcoming and full of wonderful people. Patients will be taken care of with the same welcoming environment. It has been a blessing to work for this company.

Cons

This is a small local company, you are not going to get luxurious benefits, if something breaks, it may not get fixed right away, new practices may take a while to be implemented because everyone has a lot of their plate.
