Pros

Product solves real problems for customers and has strong market fit Talented Team Exposure to complex enterprise customers Remote-friendly work environment

Cons

Portfolio sizes are unrealistic for the level of strategic engagement expected. Balancing 40-50+ accounts simultaneously while managing multiple concurrent implementations and escalations leads to inevitable burnout Lack of structured support or coaching when struggling with workload - more of a "sink or swim" culture Inconsistent treatment across the team regarding account distribution, promotion opportunities, and performance expectations Several rounds of restructuring have negatively impacted morale and team stability They ask for more and more with less and less Administrative and operational issues fall on individual contributors to resolve, even when caused by company-level decisions Internal mobility is very limited - external candidates are often brought in for roles that existing team members deserve CEO's are too involved

Pros

Can't talk highly enough of the culture at CaptivateIQ, everyone is super helpful, team focused, and fun. Very exciting and energetic work atmosphere. Product is best in class and built for future as requirements and needs change. Leadership team is great, from middle management to CEO, everyone is engaged and willing to help.

Cons

This is not a con, but to be successful at CaptivateIQ you need to willing to dive into the product at a deeper level than som other SaaS companies, and understand value points of platform. This can be intimidating at first, but team will help ramp and help you gain that understanding, you just have to be willing to lean in.
