Going downhill

Pros

Sales leadership and the founders are very caring and involved. They want you to succeed. Above all else, everyone is there to help one another and lend a hand.

Cons

Metrics are visibly unattainable and out of reach. Management has yet to take a look at metrics, even though many employees are not hitting quota. It’s also hard to get promoted, and upward mobility seems to be out of reach.

All Around Awesome

Pros

-top of the funnel leadership actually cares about employees -great compensation -great product, best on the market for ICM tools -great collaborative culture and great management -coworkers are extremely competent -great tech stack

Cons

-still working on scalable processes for the sales team, but this is expected from a startup. -could improve on training program. the current training is only two weeks, whereas other companies have 1,2, even 3 months of training for new BDR's, again, normal for a startup -this job is best for self-starters and those who are willing to put the effort into figuring out how to be successful. nothing is handed to you.

Pros

CIQ has a great culture, inclusion and diversity. It's an awesome place to work and to improve your career since it's growing at a fast pace. The best part is the people, everyone is happy and willing to help out if necessary. I'm so happy to be part of this company!
