      CaptivateIQ is an amazing company. Dedicated, hardworking teammates. You're hired to do what you do best and you're trusted from day one. The company supports you and makes sure you're happy and taken care of. Thoughtful, humble leadership. They ask questions, ask advice, and they listen. No job is too small or too big - we're all in this together.

      -During my on-boarding they made sure that I had everything I needed to be successful and made sure that I knew how to use the product -There's so much potential upside as a BDR because there's a ton of new business to go after -They really care about having great culture with monthly team happy hour, lunches where everyone sits down together, weekly 1:1's with your manager, etc.

      Cons

      -I wouldn't really consider this a con because it's expected working for a startup, but there aren't any clear processes established in certain areas, so this is where you have to step up and help establish those guidelines

      * Team is made up of former commissions/ASC606 managers and the experience shows in the way the company has approached key parts of the org like product design implementations * Fast paced environment with tons of opportunity for personal growth and cross functional collaboration * Awesome transparency, including company performance, finances and talking about both the wins/losses * Business is growing fast

      * Company is growing so fast that processes aren't always defined for certain things so certain areas of the company are being built out as we go; need to be ok to have mentality
