Leadership. Lot of turnover. Hired the wrong people— culture shift was almost overnight. Everyone hates the sales org now. Very sad

CaptivateIQ has a great culture of really competent people and workers. The org has always been great at hiring talented and driven individuals. Great benefits and a rather casual work environment which is really nice.

Cons

Within the last year, there has been a lot of internal movement and change in leadership, processes, and direction that's jaded a lot of the talented people that are left. Lack of communication between teams when changes are made often creates conflict.
