Pros
Owners are great and are actively involved in day-to-day operations. They are constantly soliciting our suggestions and feedback to make things better. They don't mind making a mistake as long as we learn from it. Work environment is good, although some locations could use a facelift. Coworkers are great and my Supervisor is a good leader. More than anything I love our customers. Specifically, I love helping our customers. There are a lot of people that fall on hard times, but there aren't a lot of places that treat them with respect and offer to help them up. That's what we do here.
There is a lot of training that goes on here... even for our veteran sales people. There are training calls every week, and they rotate who leads the calls. If you're doing something really good, they ask you to help teach what you're doing to the rest of the group. The company is growing so there is possibility for advancement, and from what I've seen over the years they like to promote from within. They tried bringing in a career CEO last year and it didn't work very well, but they learned from it and moved on. There seems to be a bigger emphasis on making sure to keep their people happy. Nothing but a bright future ahead!
Cons
They are used cars... if a customers car breaks down the customer always thinks it's your fault.
