Cons

There have been several large changes in personnel over the past few years and at times this compromised the overall mission of the company.

Great team work with fast paced workdays. Great involvement and communication with all managers with all having the same drive and goals to help our customers get driving & keep them driving.

Cons

Mechanical issues soon after purchase, which makes it really difficult to work with the customer throughout the program.

CarHop values and applies employee feedback, they promote from within and have pretty good communication about everything. Competitive pay, and the owners are very involved and approachable. Management is big on development and helping you on your career path with the company. I have learned so much since I have started working here, and I continue to learn more.

Cons

Medical and dental benefits are ok.
