Horrible churn and burn mentality at Carahsoft. This organization preys on entry level employees, fresh out of college, who have no idea what a workplace is supposed to be like. Carahsoft as a whole has always been and will always be a toxic environment for women. Aggressive alcohol consumption is encouraged, women are mistreated, and misogyny runs RAMPANT. Marketing employees are treated like second class citizens, disrespected, mismanaged and horribly underpaid. Management is somehow both vicious and incompetent lacking all scruples or ethics. A great example of this is their glassdoor reviews -- it is widely known that the organization forces marketing employees to write false positive reviews on this website. They're truly shameless and I beg ANYONE considering working there, especially in marketing, look somewhere else. You wont gain any useful skills here. P.S THERE IS NO HR HERE. I REPEAT NO HR AT CARAHSOFT - meaning there is no recourse for inappropriate behavior and employees are left unprotected - especially female staff.
