      company trip, health care, laid back environment

      Cons

      No HR, leaving the parking lot at 5:30 is a mess, 10 mens & womens bathroom stalls for over 600 employees, no real upward mobility within the company unless you stay for over 4 years, NO COMMISSION, no real set PTO/ sick days policy, work 3 weekends every September, September hours are longer (sometimes until 11pm) and they give you beers and food to make up for it (no extra pay), they take advantage of college kids looking to start a career after college.

      None at all, besides that its not in Tysons so the drive isnt that bad?

      Cons

      -Their reviews started going down and having bad reviews on glassdoor means less people want to work for you so Carahsoft has been creating fake reviews, -They micromanage on every team, it starts with the CEO -CEO is unethical -The TV's they have in the office are extremly rude, Vendors who have walked in and complained that it gives off a sweatshop look due to publicly humiliating people

      Pros

      I work remotely from home with Carahsoft. This company has been so great and amazing for me. I have a real job and I’m able to work from home the same hours the company works. Even though I work from home you are still eligible for promotions, raises, bonuses and benefits. We are treated as part of the team. The CEO truly cares for his business and all of his employees. Just because we are remote doesn’t change that! I am truly thankful for Carahsoft!

      I honestly do not have anything bad to say about the company, Working remotely has so many benefits to it.
