      Great company if you aren’t an RBT

      Pros

      Caravel as a whole puts a lot of emphasis on compassionate care which is something i admire

      Cons

      If you are an RBT the company doesn’t take care of you. No paid time if you have cancelations. and if you were interested in tuition reimbursement, RBTs don’t get it but office staff do. Don’t put your time and effort into a company who doesn’t value the people running sessions for them.

      The coworkers are incredible, nice, and helpful. They were the best part of this job.

      Cons

      Lots of daycare work like diaper changing and feeding that I had no clue about going into this job, pay isn't what it should be. I negotiated up to $16/hour and what I was doing made me feel I should have been making AT LEAST $20/hour. I got sick constantly from the kids and got written up with no warning after 3 sick days when the request off form says we are allowed 8 per quarter.
