      Sales Department is FAILING

      fun and social company, coffee/snacks, casual dress code

      Cons

      inexperienced management, terrible place for women, no opportunity for growth, lack of transparency, unfair promotions, unfulfilled promises, toxic environment, bad work/life balance

      Thank you for your review. We can understand your concerns but want to assure you that we are continuing to improve our offerings so our employees can succeed. In addition to our immersive SDR training program, we also offer training and mentorship to help all sales employees throughout their career. In regards to your comment about women, we’ve made tremendous efforts these last 2+ years to support and grow our women. In 2018, we saw a ~30% internal mobility rate specifically for women throughout the whole organization because of it. We’re very proud of this, and will look for other ways to communicate these options to our employees so they can take advantage.

      Pros

      Sell a premium product. Some people are nice to work with. Unlimited PTO offered (not really thought highly of using).

      Cons

      Leaderships communication to employees is abysmal. Our product team struggles in execution of deadlines which has lead to increased tnesion. You will be micro managed to no end and even the top performers are held to hitting absurd metrics just because. ALSO - for anyone whom says there is cold brew...There is cold brew yes, however the Keg is refilled once a week and the sales team drinks it all within hours. There is a negative and toxic morale here recently and I have never seen a culture shift so drastic, so quick in a negative way. Lastly, the favortism here is horrible. Good luck advancing your career here unless people quit (which is likely i guess?). And there is no 401k match

      Great place to work, unless it’s in the IT department

      Good benefits except no 401k match. Flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      They are clearing house in IT leadership and handling it poorly. Who knows how the dust will settle, department-specific vision and objectives have not trickled down. You will use Agile methods and you will love it. Resistance is futile. More change is coming.
