Pros

Lax training (in fact drinking was actually encouraged on your lunch breaks), paid training, 10% shift differential for all shifts worked after 6 P.M.

Cons

Affirmative action company so if you're white you're treated like you don't exist, preferential treatment, incompetent management, too much political and religious talk (I always thought those were topics you were supposed to avoid at the workplace).

Thank you for your feedback, Paid training and 10% shift differential is offered for shifts worked after 6 p.m. I can assure you we do not encourage drinking on lunch breaks. CardWorks is proud of our diverse culture. Its unfortunate to hear you felt that you were treated unfairly. We do offer 60 day feedback reviews from employees to hear their experience thus far and we have not heard of these complaints in the past.

Pros

Good learning experience for self knowledge of credit cards

Cons

You can be an excellent new hire if you aren't a "favorite" you aren't imp. Management is lazy and doesn't like to work. Treats workers like students in a classroom and training is a JOKE

Thank you for your comment. CardWorks offers training on the life of a credit card which is important for self knowledge. Our training program is consistent based upon the position we hire for. CardWorks have floor coaches and mentors available to new hires when they graduate from training in addition to team leaders. We are aware of the importance of our associates and value their impact they make on CardWorks. We have implemented a "stay interview" process to engage our employees on why they want to stay and look forward to the feedback.

Pros

The work hours were good. Management open door policy was great and time off and vacation days were also good.

Cons

Upper management did not give credit where credit was due. They expect you to share your knowledge you retained over the years to get other departments up to speed and then promote within the other departments. You would think you would be entitled to a promotion to.
