Pros

Okay pay PTO Ability to work overtime Insurance & 401k match Bonuses

Cons

The call volume is ridiculous. Most of the time you never get a second to catch your breath in between calls, depending on the department you work in. There is almost always over 300+ calls on hold. There are also new regulations that require you to service different banks even if you aren’t trained for those companies. On top of having to be yelled at or cursed out- it can be too much.

Pros

My Management and Colleagues were some of the best people I've ever met.

Cons

The call volume was terribly high. The schedule was a little rough. I hated working until 11 pm and the pay was not enough for the amount of stress each call gives you.
