Easy job, it is easy to request pto and overtime is available
Cons
Low pay to be doing what is required, management sucks not all but for the most part. During training the “coach” spoke down on clients and other team members in current and different departments constantly . During meetings management speaks low on other managers and team leads, honestly who would feel comfortable working in a place like this they love to micromanage, upper management should sit in on meetings and training and hear how there “leaders” speak about each other and customers.
