Cardinal is a disrupter in the multi-family space, always seeking new ways to evolve and optimize operations. If you want to upskill in your own leadership and capabilities, this is the place for you! As a leader, I am proud of our work at Cardinal to ensure we provide engaging communities where our residents can thrive. 3 years in, I still feel fortunate each day to have the opportunity to be a leader amongst this amazing team.

      While we have challenges like any other company, I am consistently impressed with the willingness to collaborate and consider the greater impact to the team as we navigate them.

      flexibility - have a solid work from home policy culture -have a work hard play hard mentality recognition - believe in recognizing success and do a good job of it

      Pros

      Cardinal Group is the most innovative company I have worked for in my 20 years in the student housing industry. They are investing in the platform as well as the employees. Alex O’Brien and the board are all focused on the growth of the company, but refuse to lose sight of the values the company was founded on.

      Cons

      Learning Cardinal speak is a little tricky at first, but you get the hang of it.
