Pros

Excellent benefits, fair pay, great co-workers, great middle leadership, and good hours

Cons

One of the worst companies when it comes to their employees. When you first come on as a new employee it seems like one of the best companies to work for. However, once you get in there they don't care about their employees. It is by far one of the worst companies when it comes to taking care of their people. When I worked there you were allotted sick days, but the catch was you had to plan them. Who plans to be sick? When and if you called in because you were sick, even with a doctor's note you would receive a point. There were so many people that lost their jobs because of the point system. Which I heard they no longer have.
