Started off with good benefits. A lot of great coworkers. Fully remote with paid holidays and winter shutdown.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. When they do post leadership roles, they hire people with no experience or education. Feedback is not absorbed or appreciated. Can't get a job outside of this company because I feel like it is not legitimate research experience.

The leadership of Care Access meddles with things that it knows nothing about. We often get micromanaged by our supervisors even though they don't have experience and knowledge in the industry. They only know administrative stuff, yet they act like they know better than clinical research coordinators and experts.
