Pros

Hybrid positions. In office 2 days out of the week

Cons

Pay was very low and management was unorganized and engaged in power struggles. It was difficult to work as a team or ask for help because of the high level of tension in the office. Leadership took very little feedback and worked very closely with HR to shut down concerns from the team. They let sexual harassment slide from a department manager MULTIPLE times. It was unsafe and careless. The workload was fine but the high turnover rate would sometimes leave us with double the caseload to makeup for people leaving abruptly. Super toxic environment.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s great to hear that the hybrid schedule worked well for you, but we’re truly sorry that other aspects of your time here weren’t as positive. We take concerns about workplace culture very seriously, and feedback like this is important as we work toward a more supportive environment. If you’d like to share more, we’d welcome the opportunity to listen and improve. Wishing you all the best!

Pros

They made great promises upfront.

Cons

And then they destroyed them. Hourly pay turned to by the visit pay, stipends were promised and then only given to employees who had been there for at least 3 years (after I had already bought all of my equipment, of course), I was told I'd have endless support and I barely received any even when I reached out.

Pros

Used to have flexibility and decent benefits but not anymore

Cons

Direct management consists of under-qualified promoted clinicians with no managerial experience, that were picked for easy manipulation by upper management. Said upper management hides behind "pillars" for work culture, to distract how awful the company is to their employees. The President prioritizes awkward jokes and self income while caring more about recycling in new graduates over retaining clinicians to maintain revenue. This company would GREATLY benefit from a reality check and a full "leadership" clean out.
