My supervisor was very helpful, friendly, and taught me a lot. She was open to meet whenever and assisted you with your training.

Cons

Due to state cuts, my salary had to be cut twice. This isn't at fault of COFK but it made it a lot harder on the company at the time and quite a few therapists and to leave. I didn't feel comfortable;e with the way I was assigned patients because I was never asked. It is a home health company, so sometimes I would be given patients that are an hour apart in distance from each other, and in the end I just lost money because of that. If I had been asked, I would have requested patients that were closer together.

Pros

Collaborative team that listens when given constructive feedback. Monthly team meetings bring a lot of unity to a setting where we (clinicians work solo in patient homes). Really like that the clinical managers are always available to help when needed. I see they really care about me. The top management is quick to help when needed --they have even visited our offices --very nice people. I find it nice this company is the ONLY Perferred Provider by the largest MCO out there! I want to be a leader in this company one day!

Cons

Would like more team events to bring the therapists together more frequently.
