I’ve been with CareOregon for 2 years and worked in two different roles. My favorite thing is the work culture. We work hard, have fun, and support each other how we can. Managers are encouraged to develop their employees and enable opportunities for growth.

Cons

Overall the company is great, but there are probably some departments that don’t function as well. Cross department collaboration could really use improvement.
