CareOregon is filled with people who are there because they believe in the mission of the nonprofit. Teams are effective and closely knit. Salary is competitive—especially for a nonprofit—and employees enjoy the flexibility of being able to work at home when needed. Also, the benefit package is truly astounding.

Cons

Downtown Portland means finding your way to work is more difficult than it might be in other places.
