Great team who really supports one another, enjoy supporting clinics and members

Toxic senior/executive management level where there are way too many VPs and SVPs, which exploded in the last couple of years, not surprisingly within a year of more than doubling senior management who gets 3x the salary and 15% bonus on their inflated salaries, we are in a financial crisis. Eliminate 150-200 positions but none are at the VP level is a mistake. And it’s all about favoritism and games. People were cut this last round based on VPs picking favorites, which has led to hurt feelings and feeling unsafe.

Cons

The company talks a big game about being so caring and thoughtful, but they are just vultures like anywhere else with a large staff. People who have no clue what they are doing and wouldn't be hired anywhere else are put in high-level positions and get to do whatever they want with no consequences. The trickle-down effect is toxic and stressful for the rest of the staff, who are good people, qualified, and just trying to do their jobs.
