So many broken processes and poor executive leadership here.

Pros

Great salary, benefits and PTO- which is the only thing that makes this place bearable. Member centric. Middle management is trying to improve the organization.

Cons

Non visible, out of touch executive leadership. Non existent training. Poor top down communication. No clear and concise provider communication. Cant get providers claims paid properly. Manages by putting out fires and state complaints. Not the way to do business with integrity, which is supposed to be one of our core values!

Pros

Lots of in house training available. Support career growth through furthering education. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Shaky foundation when it comes to IT. Continue to grow quickly which stresses the shaky foundation. Used to care more about employees now more concerned about growing fast. Many employees are asked to take on such a large work load that even 60 plus hour work weeks do not get it done right.

They present a nice picture, unfortunately, nothing is true. Sadly, I think the CEO actually thinks the company is good to the employees. Completely the opposite

Cons

Very disrespectful to employees, pass the company costs onto employees. Very sad. In recent years they seem to see how low they can hold the bar and still stay in business. All you have to do is look over the turnover rate.
