Thank you for leaving your review. We continually work at building a world class organization and improving retention and management capability is a valuable goal. We're glad our facilities and coworkers are worthwhile and we will keep working in those areas that missed the mark.

Pros

The CareSource propaganda machine is incredible. They have crafted an intricate narrative of "helping others to achieve health and wellness." This is poppycock for: We manage Medicaid, Medicare, and Market Place plans, poorly. They do, however, feed you every now and then. So there is that. The rest of the company employees in other divisions look like they are truly enjoying themselves. They do let you work from home, though. So they have that going for them.

Cons

It isn't the company itself, it is how they have designed their metrics to determine "quality" in a call. Here is what their analytics department have missed: the human aspect of what is really occurring -- help and health. Call centers are the modern sweatshop from 200 years ago. Now that our country is 84% heavy in the service industry as GDP, metrics are used in a call center to make sure the employee is working, how long they are working, whether or not they are saying the "right" things, and etc. "This call may be recorded for quality purposes" really means: All calls are recorded to measure metrics, period. Those metrics hold the employee's future, Period. The employee MUST talk to you about the following subjects ... and insert the following mandated sentences ... all to keep their job. And for that, we are going to pay them little, keep them in a high-stressed environment, as well as constantly remind them of what they AREN'T accomplishing, while refusing to listen to them (the frontline soldiers) when they suggest changes that would enhance our methods, to better things for all. Why? Because we live by the code. Literally. It's called an algorithm and it must be bowed down to. That was an eye-opening time and I am glad that it is over. I really feel bad for
