No Breaks, Corrupt management, Low Pay, Understaffed, Too much upselling leads to impersonal interactions, Huge workload for often 2 person staffed shifts When working under a good manager, store ran smoothly, everyone got a decent amount of hours, etc. New management came in, in under 4 months 10 people left, was scolded about my race and being transgender in front of customers by store manager, when I reported the incident to uppermanagement I was told he "didn't believe me". People would show up to meetings with upper management and the upper management would not show up nor call. Constant lying and manipulation by overall management.

The downtown Minneapolis store I worked at was extremely busy. Occasionally we would be understaffed, and it made for a fairly stressful work-day. Also, there are periods where you'll be expected to up-sell certain products to customers. Having to do this made my interactions with customers feel insincere and was my least favorite part of the job.
