Pros
Caribou hires a personality type that is outgoing and friendly, and the friendships I made with my coworkers are ones that will last a lifetime. There is a significant amount of training provided for management that is valuable when moving into other fields, both similar and unrelated. While employed, Caribou will take good care of you as long as you play by their clearly laid out rules
Cons
Upper Management is strong but DM turnover is high and largely unmonitored so frequently, DMs go on power trips because their decisions are going unchecked. Multiple managers did not follow company guidelines and offered promotions and rewards that were never given. Internal promotions are "preferred" but hard to get and hard oftentimes getting the promotion involves doing the job you want for months before your pay reflects the change in your duties.
