      Pros

      I loved the fact that I was valued as an employee and that my peers cared about me personally. I worked in a well organized group that helped each other out.

      Cons

      I was sad to see that as a company they had to close down. I felt they offered that customer experience that customers look for. I really miss that!

      Pros

      Nice people; good project diversity; casual work environment; great coffee and expertise in coffee (best by far here!); good fit for someone looking for entry level experience and a challenging work environment very early in their career.

      Cons

      Very strong politics, lack of alignment and a lot of backstabbing at Sr. Leadership level and below, lack of accountability and collaboration (these same leaders keep getting promoted), no ability to grow below more sr. Leadership (huge watch-out if you want to grow), terrible and antiquated systems. Take a close look at their benefits and be careful w/ promises made during the interviewing process; I would not recommend if you are a professional who is interested in growing and advancing.
