      its pretty sad when your hired by someone and loving your job then all of a sudden your boss leaves and you get someone new who treats you like your nothing does not do their job that they are hired for and takes advantage of the company all around how do you prove something like this when they are the boss.so I left very unhappy didnt know who to turn to

      Overall I have loved working for Caribou, however, as it has become more corporate, it has become less enjoyable.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, positive work environment, creating relationships with coworkers and customers, nice that you actually get to interact with customers and get to know them.

      Cons

      poor training, lower value on quality, becoming very corporate which allows less personal self expression or personality within each individual store, there are also issues with reviews being done in a timely manner and occasionally we do not receive back-pay when the reviews/raises were done significantly later than they should have been.

      Pros

      loved the actual job and people i worked with. easy hours, good benefits for even part time hourly employees.

      Cons

      managers on all levels are pressured by corporate to meet ridiculous goals. the company has changed its focus from serving great quailty coffee and tea to selling junk to customers that actually hurts sales in the long run.
