      Pros

      It's a very easy job, and you have a lot of free time on your hands most of the time. You get many free drinks for yourself during your shift, and you get to meet a lot of new people. My manager is nice, but she can be rude sometimes.

      Cons

      The pay is low, and a lot of my supervisors make mistakes and I get blamed for them because I'm the newbie. Sometimes it's unfair, but I learn to deal with it.

      Pros

      The people you work with and for are phenomenal, and full of character. A relaxed atmosphere where if you just do your best you will be very happy. A place I am proud to say I work for, and even more happy to recommend it to even my closest friends. I spend a good portion of my day thanking people for what they do for our guests and for me. Caribou Coffee stores are warm and inviting, an open place that makes you happy to work there.

      Cons

      As a DM there has recently been a lot of turnover, but it is truly because we are constantly looking for the right people to help move our company even further. Compensation is ok for Team Member and Supervisors, but DM pay is at the lower end of comparable companies.

      Pros

      Free 1/2 lb. of coffee every week, great customers, awesome beverages.

      Cons

      Good luck getting a raise. I've worked there for a year and a half, and I only got a 25 cent raise the entire time I worked there. My manager didn't even discuss the raise with me, but discussed raises with everyone else who works at my store. The pay is terribly low, and there are virtually no rewards for employees who shine. There is serious inconsistency in the management (on all levels). I wholeheartedly hold Caribou in contempt for selling out to Peet's and laying off so many people without two weeks notice. I'm happy that I don't have to work for them anymore.
