Pros

Management does not micromanage, 100% vesting in 401k plan from day 1. The company has a nice location in the Pittsburgh area.

Cons

Poor salary, so-so benefits, below average 401k contribution. The company bills itself as a top employer, yet has a long way to go. They don't offer flexible schedules, the benefits are average, and salary is average at best.

Decent wages if you know how to negotiate on the way in.

Cons

by far one of the most dysfunctional organizations I have ever encountered. Witnessed nepotism, favoritism, age discrimination, harassment and blatant incompetence…all from C-level team. Witnessed a woman file a harassment charge and got re-assigned but manager stayed in role. Job performance is not integral to success however, managing the management team seems to equal recognition. Communication from management is unclear and often wrong. Inter office affairs are not only tolerated but condoned. The worst HR department ever.
