Got to travel occasionally and see some interesting things in the manufacturing industry

Cons

Antiquated processes, nepotism at executive levels resulting in bad business decisions, too small to advance professionally. Expected to work nights and weekends at all hours. Executives out of touch with operations. Employee morale was lowest at any company I have seen

Top level leadership, Communication, Pay is Ok, Holidays, 401 (K)

Cons

Discrimination towards hard working employees. If you are on any visa, I recommend to think twice before accepting offer. I have seen many people were suffering with HR actions, but I don’t have great knowledge on that. Hiring/firing is normal here and no value to them who works really hard.
