Pros

A positive emphasis on work/life balance and family values. Managers are very understanding about family needs & priorities. Great benefits. Paternity & maternity leave benefits. Good vacation time. Strong communication from CEO to all employees through quarterly addresses. Great culture - we embrace the Fish Philosophy. Really phenomenal people to work with - very collaborative, respectful and helpful. Very fast paced and dynamic. The work is challenging and rewarding. Lots of opportunities to learn new areas and skills. I haven't looked around for new employment opportunities since I started here.

Cons

We are really lean. Sometimes it can be stressful when the workload is particularly high. Getting an additional headcount approved can be difficult to achieve.
